So I opened the program's files location (in program files) and found there in 'Package' folder this file :"PTInstOnlinr.exe", made a Google search about this file and found it was developed by " Free Time", the program's house. Then something came to my mind - maybe the program is trying to connect somewhere out and my internet provider's CyberWall (or whatever) stops it. ![]() Interesting, no other program on my computer behaves like this one. To chk, just opened the program - still off line, and the notice came up. ![]() Well, I Google searched according to the Code above and came to the site of my internet provider, and yes, you guessed right, its in Hebrew, and I live in Israel. ![]()
